Antonia Quintella de Azambuja

A specialist in dispute resolution, Antonia represents clients in judicial proceedings, including bankruptcy and restructuring cases, in addition to administrative and arbitration proceedings involving various matters, such as civil, bankruptcy, commercial and international law and infrastructure. Her practice encompasses disputes before the Brazilian Judiciary, renowned national and international arbitration chambers and administrative bodies in the National Financial System (such as the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission – CVM, the Brazilian Central Bank – Bacen and the Council for Financial Activities Control – Coaf). She also provides consultancy services on various matters related to civil and commercial law. Antonia’s experience includes advising clients from several industry sectors, such as oil and gas, banking, aviation, pharmaceutical and energy.
