Daniel engages activities in the area of Corporate Law, notably in merger and acquisition transactions, including the purchase and sale of companies, corporate interests, and assets, as well as corporate reorganizations, such as spin-offs, take overs, and winding-up of companies.

A large portion of Daniel’s activities encompasses structuring, reviewing terms and implementing merger and acquisition transactions, supporting and assisting international clients intending to start activities in Brazil, drafting agreements and bylaws, shareholders and quotaholders agreements, minutes, share/quota purchase agreements, and other corporate documents, besides the conduction of legal due diligence process.
