Provides advice on the drafting and negotiation of contracts involving regulatory, commercial and operational issues and on the analysis and regulatory structuring of business models related to healthtechs, telehealth, mergers and acquisitions or joint ventures involving startups, health plan carriers and health care providers. Also works in the development of strategies for the incorporation of new technologies in public and private health systems and in issues related to public-private partnerships. Has experience in administrative proceedings within regulatory authorities and in regulatory issues related to pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, vaccines, medical devices/software and other regulated products in the health area.
