Sad engages in corporate law, with regulatory focus on banking law and securities market. He worked with retail and investment banks, taking part in fundraising operations in capital markets, in the drafting of corporate documents of companies and legal compliance with norms issued by the Security and Exchange Commission (CVM) and Brazilian Central Bank (Bacen). He also provides assistance in the structuring and follow-up of corporate governance mechanisms and structuring of banking products.
He is coordinator-member of the Study Group on Corporate Law of the Law School of UFMG, having organized seminars and lectures on themes as Mergers and Acquisitions and Shareholders’ Agreement.
