Lucena is a specialist in real estate law and civil constitutional law, having experience in several areas of the field of real estate, such as in the structuring of real estate development projects; in drafting construction and lease agreements; in hotel and built to suit agreements; in the purchase and regularization of urban and rural properties; in real estate audits for risk assessment during the acquisition of properties and companies; and in the regularization of properties leased to the Federal Government. He further has a solid experience with the subject of registrations and urban law, having practiced in several sectors, such as civil construction, hotel industry, malls, retail, energy, mining, hospitals, investment funds, agribusiness, financial transactions, infrastructure, M&A, and banking.
