Souza provides consultancy in all stages of the structuring, negotiating and reviewing of terms and implementation of project finance operations, structured and working capital financing, assets financing, leveraged buyouts and export financing. He also engages with debt operations in general, including restructuring and renegotiations of debts, mergers, acquisitions, consultancy to foreigners intending to start activities in the country and other corporate operations in the infrastructure and regulated market sectors.

He provides consultancy to companies responsible for projects, as well as its shareholders or financers, being familiar to national and international financers, commercial banks, investment funds, developers, investors, multilateral and development agency. He has experience in different sectors, such as power, mining, highways, oil and gas, sanitation, logistics and railways.
