March was a special month for Machado Meyer. This is the highest honor that can be granted to a lawyer by Latin Lawyer.

Among the world s best under 40  - Tito Amaral de Andrade, partner at Machado Meyer and responsible for the Antitrust Law Department, is one of the youngest and most talented lawyers in the antitrust area, according to the list 40 under 40, published by Global Competition Review (GCR). The magazine pointed out 40 lawyers - from 15 countries and 37 firms - under 40 s that stood out in that competitive industry for the last four years. This is the second time that he is mentioned. Andrade, 38 years-old, has been working since 1995, with special focus on International Trade and Antitrust Law. He is the actual president of the Instituto Brasileiro de Estudos da Concorrência, Consumo e Comércio Internacional (Brazilian Institute for the Study of Competition, Consumption and International Trade) - IBRAC.
