Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Opice Advogados has helped Brazilian highways infrastructure company Concessionária do Sistema Anhangüera-Bandeirantes issue debentures worth US$209 million.
Banco Bradesco BBI and BB-Banco de Investimento were the underwriters and turned to Pinheiro Neto Advogados for the deal, which closed on 30 October.
