Machado Meyer Advogados has helped Indian power company Sterlite Power Grid emerge as the biggest winner from the latest electricity transmission lines auction in Brazil.
The company snapped up six concessions and committed to a US$960 million investment.
The deals closed on 21 September almost three months after the auction was held.
