A tax partner has left Trench Rossi Watanabe after nearly 20 years at the firm, joining Machado Meyer Advogados today to coordinate its Rio de Janeiro tax team.
Leonardo Martins focuses on tax litigation, with extensive experience advising clients in the oil and gas, steel and telecoms industries. Alongside Machado Meyer’s São Paulo partners, he will be responsible for the firm’s client base in Rio state. His addition brings Machado Meyer’s partner count to 60.
