Budget carrier Norwegian Air has outlined its hopes of operating domestic flights within Brazil as proposals to allow foreign airlines to incorporate in the country make their way through the national Congress.
At a meeting in Stockholm on 22 August which the airline attended, Brazilian Tourism Minister Vinicius Lummertz said that allowing foreign interests to fully own and operate airlines within Brazil is fundamental.
