Brazil’s Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Opice Advogados and the Washington, DC office of Andrews Kurth LLP have helped the Inter-American Investment Corporation (IIC) grant a US$300 million subordinated loan to Banco Rabobank International.

Machado Meyer previously teamed up with Clifford Chance LLP and Argentina’s Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi to help the IADB grant a US$150 million long-term line of credit to Argentine energy group Industrias Metalúrgicas Pescarmona to finance its wind farm operations in Brazil.
