Machado Meyer Advogados has helped electric transmission company Mata de Santa Genebra Transmissão issue project bonds worth 210 million reais (US$55 million).
Banco BTG Pactual, Banco ABC and Banco Santander were the underwriters and turned to Pinheiro Guimarães.
The issuance closed on 22 April.
