Her practice encompasses several segments of the antitrust area, such as notifying simple and complex concentration acts, investigations of horizontal and vertical practices and cases of abuse of dominant position, in addition to representing companies and individuals in the negotiation of settlement agreements and leniency agreements before the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (Cade), in the assessment of antitrust risks associated with commercial practices and in antitrust compliance programs. Her previous experience involves regulated sectors, such as pharmaceutical, insurance, aviation and shipping, and in areas of knowledge like autoparts, automotive, chemical, cosmetics, retail, mining, and agricultural commodities. Also assists national and international investors intending to explore telecommunication services through concessions, permits or authorizations, and provides legal assistance and representation before the Brazilian Telecommunications Agency (Anatel) and any other regulation agencies of the sector.
