Her work involves drafting and reviewing employment agreements, internal policies and company regulations, and handling administrative proceedings before the Labor Prosecution Office (Ministério Público do Trabalho – MPT) and the Ministry of Labor and Employment (Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego – MTE).
