Douglas Barros Santana

He handles administrative and judicial proceedings, mainly before the Administrative Council of Tax Appeals (Conselho Administrativo de Recursos Fiscais – Carf), the Federal Courts and the Superior Courts. In administrative litigation before Carf, monitors cases, develops case strategy, holds meetings with the council members and prepares appeals and briefs to support the judgments. In court his work covers tax enforcement actions, writs of mandamus (mandados de segurança) and case monitoring.
