Her practice includes drafting and reviewing contracts and corporate and transactional documents, conducting legal due diligence, and providing support in structuring M&A transactions and corporate reorganizations. Also advises foreign groups on the formation of subsidiaries in Brazil, as well as on regulatory issues related to foreign investments. In addition, provides corporate counsel to publicly and privately held companies, including on corporate governance matters and regulatory issues.
