Lucas Gonçalves

Provides legal advice on real estate and infrastructure transactions, with expertise in urban and rural real estate acquisitions, incorporations, subdivisions, lease agreements, built-to-suit agreements, land regularization, and structuring of real estate guarantees, such as mortgages and fiduciary alienation. Participates in conducting due diligence, preparing opinions and memoranda to enable real estate, financial, corporate, and M&A transactions. Has experience advising clients in the renewable energy (wind, solar, and green hydrogen), data center, refinery, oil and gas transportation, and telecommunications infrastructure sectors.
