Works in the areas of banking regulation, payment methods, and capital markets. Advises clients on structuring and issuing securities, regulatory consulting, foreign exchange transactions, leasing, structuring payment arrangements, conducting authorization processes for financial and payment institutions, defending in official letters and administrative sanctioning proceedings, as well as other tasks related to the scope of the Brazilian Central Bank and, indirectly, the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission. Has over four years of experience working in the internal legal department of a financial institution, and also has experience with payment institutions and non-bank financial institutions.
