Beatriz Vassilieff Martins

Beatriz advises clients on cross-border M&A and financing transactions, including acquisition finance and project finance, with a particular focus on the energy, mining, infrastructure and other asset-intensive sectors. Her practice focuses on assisting investors, lenders, companies and sponsors in the structuring, negotiation and execution of complex transactions involving significant capital investments.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (J.D. Equivalent) from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV Direito SP) and a Master’s degree in Law (LL.M) with an emphasis on Corporate Law from Insper SP. She is fluent in Portuguese and English and has advanced proficiency in Spanish.
