Practice area

Since 2002, he has specialized in corporate labor law, providing guidance to national and foreign companies on complex advisory and labor litigation aspects. This includes a focus on individual, collective, and union rights, encompassing areas like collective bargaining and strike management.

In judicial litigation, his work is marked by strategic representation in higher courts, including the Supreme Labor Court and the Federal Supreme Court. His expertise extends to administrative litigation, where he represents clients before the Ministry of Labor (including Regional Labor Superintendencies) and the Labor Public Ministry.

He also advocates for companies at the National Contact Point (NCP) of the OECD in Brazil, mainly in demonstrating adherence to the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and Responsible Business Conduct (RBC) practices.

His professional experience covers a wide range of sectors and industries, such as forest and paper, banking and finance, investment funds, civil construction and real estate development, port and maritime, food and beverages, automotive and aeronautical, electricity and gas, chemical industry, services and retail, textile, transportation and logistics, mining and metallurgy, highways, agribusiness, startups, and ESG. He also provides consultancy to Italian companies and executives.
