Advises financial institutions, payment institutions, virtual asset service providers (VASPs), fintech companies, and other industry participants on regulatory and transactional matters. His experience includes the formation of entities, obtaining operating licenses, changes in share capital and/or control of regulated entities, consultations and proceedings before the Central Bank of Brazil, as well as the interpretation and application of regulations. Also handles bank financing transactions, international payments, debt securities offerings, and other domestic and international financial transactions. Has experience in matters related to investment funds and managed portfolios, as well as in corporate reorganizations and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) involving participants in the financial and capital markets.
