He further engages activities in the Corporate and Capital Markets areas, with outstanding performance in the provision of legal assistance to publicly-held companies and in their representation before the Brazilian Securities Commission, and in the area of contracts and intellectual property, providing legal assistance to large-sized national and international franchises, with extensive experience in structuring and drafting high complexity contracts. Moshe Sendacz is highly regarded and a pioneer in the sector of telecommunications in Brazil.
