Roberto Bonometti specializes in financing transactions for infrastructure projects, debt renegotiation, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. Much of Roberto's work involves advising on the structuring of financing transactions, including the negotiation of debt and collateral instruments, as well as debt restructuring and M&A transactions.
