Acts in debt banking transactions in the capital markets, including issuances of debentures, commercial paper, real estate receivables certificates, agribusiness receivables certificates, and project finance. Also advises on debt restructuring with domestic and foreign banks, involving the preparation, review, and negotiation of debt instruments, guarantee agreements, and the coordination of legal audits (due diligence). He advises on the structuring, review of terms, and implementation of mergers and acquisitions of publicly and privately held companies, in addition to advising foreign investors on the implementation of their activities in Brazil. Has experience with financial institutions and clients in the banking, energy, transportation, infrastructure in general, public service concessions, and industry sectors.
