Practices in the areas of Aviation Law and Project Finance, advising financial institutions, leasing companies, domestic and international airlines, and corporate clients on a wide range of transactions, with a focus on credit and leasing transactions.

Has experience in matters involving business and commercial aviation, having advised on numerous transactions involving the leasing, purchase and sale, and financing of aircraft, engines, and parts. Also has experience in regulatory matters, including the establishment of airlines and air taxi companies, corporate transactions involving companies in the aviation sector, and the preparation of legal opinions addressing regulatory aspects related to the use and operation of remotely piloted aircraft (drones).

Also advises Brazilian and international companies on airport concession projects.
