Practices in the areas of corporate law, M&A, and private equity, with a focus on corporate matters and transactions involving domestic and international companies. His practice encompasses the coordination of mergers and acquisitions at various stages, including the structuring of transactions, negotiation, and drafting of transactional documents, as well as conducting legal due diligence aimed at identifying risks and contingencies. He also works on the establishment and structuring of subsidiaries of foreign companies in Brazil, assisting multinationals with the electronic filing of their investments with the Central Bank of Brazil, and providing advisory services regarding periodic obligations required by the CVM and B3.
