Two Sullivan & Cromwell LLP offices, Brazil`s Mattos Filho and Mannheimer Swartling LLP in Stockholm have helped Swedish mining and smelting group Boliden acquire a controlling stake in Latin America-focused miner Nexa Resources from Brazilian investment group Votorantim, a deal worth 7 billion reais (US$1.35 billion).
