With more than ten years of experience in the antitrust area, Ana Bátia provided legal assistance to national and international companies in some of the most complex concentration acts ever notified to the Brazilian competition authorities. She was recently recognized by Who’s Who Legal: Competition – Future Leaders 2018 as a “´pragmatic and technically brilliant´ lawyer who receives wide-ranging endorsements for her 'deep expert knowledge' of international merger control work”. In addition to merger control, she is also specialized in antitrust investigations conducted by the Brazilian antitrust agency (CADE).
