Carlo Verri

Handles highly complex financial, corporate, and investment transactions, with a focus on structuring investment funds, special situations transactions, and restructuring and insolvency. His practice combines experience in structuring and implementing complex transactions with regulatory advice applicable to the financial and capital markets, including structured financing, debt restructuring, and the negotiation of credit portfolios. Advises domestic and foreign clients at all stages of transactions, from the analysis and review of commercial and legal terms to the implementation of investment, financing, and reorganization structures. He is also a member of the firm’s multidisciplinary Investment Funds group and its Special Situations practice.
