Gabriel Vazami

Gabriel specializes in corporate law and advises on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. He represents companies, investment funds, and football clubs in transactions involving Brazilian football corporations (SAFs), including structuring, negotiation, and debt restructuring. He has extensive experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, as well as contracts in the sports and entertainment sectors, including sponsorship agreements, naming rights, player transfers, image rights assignments, partnerships, supply agreements, and audiovisual co-production arrangements.

He represents clients before the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) and the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), and has experience in sectors including food and beverage, construction, power, sports, entertainment, logistics, pulp and paper, services, startups, retail, and tissue.
