He advises companies, financial institutions, and investors—both domestic and foreign— and handles a wide range of equity, fixed-income, and hybrid securities transactions in local and international capital markets, including both public and private offerings, as well as corporate reorganizations and mergers and acquisitions. He also represents companies, investors, and management in regulatory and corporate governance matters involving the CVM, ANBIMA, and other regulatory and self-regulatory bodies. It also handles tender offers (OPAs) and special auctions (block sales) conducted on stock exchanges, as well as transactions (M&A or debt restructuring) involving assets or companies in financial distress.
