Wagner advises companies and financial institutions on capital markets and M&A transactions, with a focus on fundraising and the structuring of securities issuances in Brazil. His practice includes debt transactions, such as debentures, promissory notes, securitization instruments, and other securities, as well as equity transactions, including IPOs and follow-on offerings.

He also has extensive experience in compliance with the regulatory framework applicable to publicly held companies, particularly rules issued by the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) and B3.
