Machado Meyer advised Unidas Locações e Serviços on its 23rd issuance of debentures, a non-convertible, unsecured offering backed by a fiduciary guarantee, carried out in a single series for a total amount of BRL 900 million. The transaction was structured as a public distribution under the automatic registration procedure set out in CVM 160.
