Specialist in Environmental Law consultancy and litigations. Her practice encompasses audits, drafting of opinions to regularize undertakings, and analysis of risks, environmental impacts and papers. She analyzes civil, administrative and criminal environmental liability according to the activities and particulars of each undertaking and developed activities, as well as she negotiates consent decrees with environmental bodies and the Prosecution Office. Castelo Branco further engages in the verification of the environmental compliance of companies, in legal audits for M&A transactions, and in the obtainment of financing in the capital markets. She has previous experience in several sectors, including mining, energy, civil construction, oil and gas, agribusiness, and forest projects.
