Specialist in project finance and infrastructure, Pedro Amim focuses on asset financing and securitization, structured transactions, M&A, aviation law, and public concessions. He provides legal assistance to clients in the structuring, negotiation, and formalization of various financing transactions, including the financing of aeronautical assets, as well as in M&A transactions, complex contracts, credit transactions and public bidding procedures, in addition to legal advice on regulatory matters and public law. Pedro has previous experience in transactions conducted in several sectors, such as aviation, national defense, fuels, transport and logistics, as well as with national and international financial institutions.
