Provides advice in the hiring and termination of employees and executives, review and adaptation of international policies to Brazilian labor legislation and analysis of implications arising from the implementation or suppression of benefit packages to employees and executives. It also acts in the preparation of opinions and legal opinions on issues relating to employees and service providers. Her work also involves the review, preparation and adaptation of employment contracts, plans, policies and structures of remuneration and benefits. Has experience in a variety of segments, such as insurance, infrastructure, automotive, pharmaceutical, entertainment, foreign trade, retail, services, outsourcing of labor and temporary work and technology.
