Provides legal advice in the corporate and regulatory areas on transactions involving the structuring of processes for registering publicly traded companies with the CVM, listing for trading of shares on B3, and issuance of securities (shares, debentures, commercial promissory notes, bonds, etc.). Also advises companies in various segments, such as car rental companies, energy, mining, financial institutions, among others, in the preparation of corporate acts and other documents and contracts necessary for the implementation of these transactions. Also advises publicly traded companies on CVM rules applicable to day-to-day operations, capital increases through private placement, redemption of securities, structuring of general meetings of shareholders, debenture holders, and holders of other securities, among other operations.
