Pillekamp is specialist in indirect taxes and foreign trade. She provides legal assistance on a range of tax matters, such as in the implementation of a venture in Brazil, corporate or business model restructuring, obtainment of special regimes, administrative disputes, and drafting requests for advance tax ruling to the tax authorities. Her practice encompasses not only indirect taxes, such as Excise Tax (IPI), Tax on Circulation of Goods and Services (ICMS), Tax on Services (ISS), and Social Integration Program (PIS) and Social Security Financing Tax (COFINS), but also customs regulation, overall in special customs regimes situations.
