Lawyers José Virgílio and Fernando Shayer have become partners of Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Opice. Virgílio belongs to the infra-structure group of the firm, practicing project finance, energy, oil and gas and aeronautics law, while Shayer is within the corporate group of the firm.
