Peruvian dairy company Grupo Gloria has enlisted two Milbank offices, Allende & Brea in Buenos Aires and BMA Advogados in São Paulo to complete its acquisition of the Brazilian and Argentine operations of Canadian counterpart Saputo, in a deal valued at US$400 million.
