Machado Meyer Advogados has acted as deal counsel in a 1 billion reais (US$184 million) notes issuance by Brazilian industrial machinery company Sotreq, which were purchased and securitised by Brazils Opea Securitizadora to make a public offering.
The same Machado Meyer team advised the underwriters for the deal, which closed on 8 August.
