Brazilian state-owned oil company Pré-Sal Petróleo (PPSA) has enlisted Machado Meyer Advogados to sell stakes in two Santos Basin oil fields to a consortium owned by Petrobras and Shell, raising 8.8 billion reais (US$1.7 billion).
